Return Policy

 RETURN POLICY...

All approved returns will be refunded in STORE CREDIT ONLY! (in the form of a gift card)

At Muddy Creek we work very hard to make all customers happy. In order for all operations to run smoothly, ALL CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR MAKING RETURNS.Please keep your tracking number to help provide an estimate of when your credit will be processed.We must receive your return within 15 days of receiving your order to be eligible for a refund.  International orders are allowed 30 days. Items that have been washed cannot be accepted for a return.

What needs to be in your return package... 

-Please include your packing Slip with return item circled. 

*Package being returned must not be damaged, and return items must be packed with care. 

If your return is not approved and you would like the item returned to you, the shipping will be your responsibility.  If arrangements are not made after 14 days, the items will go to a non=profit charity.

All approved returns will be refunded back to store credit through the form of a gift card.  You will be notified once your return has been approved and credit has been applied.

 

EXCHANGES

At Muddy Creek we do not offer exchanges due to limited quantities of products. However the customer is responsible for making the return and reordering the desired size, color, product, etc...

 

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDER... 

We are always willing to replace any damaged items! However  any damaged or lost items must be reported within 5 days of delivery to receive store credit or a new item. (After items are reported please follow our return guidelines.)

All Return, Damaged, or Incorrect items are subject to review.  Items MUST be scent free, unwashed, unworn, with all tags attached.

Shoes must be returned in original box and placed in an additional package for shipment, Do not apply any labels, tape, etc.. to the original shoe box.

*COWHIDE ITEMS-All of our cowhide items are authentic and unique therefore these situations do not qualify as a defect and will not be refunded. 

 

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES cont...

When you place an order with us please note that the liability is between you and USPS.  We do not make any exceptions to this policy. 

We are always happy to replace items that aren’t marked as delivered but once the package has been scanned as delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.  A few things to check if you are missing a package:

-Confirm the shipping you address you entered is correct

-Check with your neighbors to make sure they did not receive it in error.

-Visit with your local USPS or your mail carrier to see where packaged was dropped.  Be sure to have your tracking number available for them.

-The USPS sometimes will mark a packaged as delivered a few hours or days before the actual delivery.  Please wait 48 hours to see if the package arrives.
